Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shepherd, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Contractor shall do a total sanding and refinishing of the High School Gym floor. It will entail taking the existing finish and paint (lines, logos, lettering etc.) off the floor to the original wood surface. The Contractor will produce an owner approved new design, color and layout of the floor. It will include all lines for sports, logos and advertisements. The floor will then be resealed and finished with approved coatings. TIME OF COMPLETION: The project completion date is June 30, 2024. If awarded the Contract, we estimate we will require consecutive calendar days to complete the project. The above time(s) assume(s) that: 1. Award of Contract allows start of construction no sooner than Tuesday May 21, 2024 or as negotiated by the Contractor and Shepherd Schools.
