Milling and paving of select roadways that meets or exceeds CDOT specifications. B. Traffic Control that will include signage, detours, and traffic control during the project to meet all Town of Basalt Specifications. C. Cleanup of roadway after the project is completed. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % The Town reserves the right to Reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP; General Scope: 1. A minimum of two weeks' notice of upcoming schedule road by road for notification to residents and advertising on social media which the town will assist with. 2. Tabbing of any existing paint lines etc. that will be paved over 3. Hauling of millings to either Public Works Shop or Lake Christine Storage area. 4. Final sweeping and removal of loose asphalt debris from roadway, cur and gutter, and right of way areas. The Town will include a bid tab for an extra day in case more sweeping needs to be done.
