No excess materials or waste materials shall be removed from premises without authorization from the Waterfront Maintenance Superintendent. -Remove Piles -Drive Bearing Piles -Replace Pile Caps -Stringer Replacement - Replace Deck Boards -Provide Sound Protection for Stearns Wharf Night Work In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid.
