Elk Horn Middle & High School - This project is the renovation of the primary building entry, admin offices, library, classrooms, replacement of plumbing fixtures and conversion of one restroom into a single user restroom. The building is 1 story (approx. 15') with a primary structural system of concrete and masonry. The exterior wall construction is brick and CMU block. The interior walls are a combination of gypsum board on metal studs and CMU. Renovated areas Occupancy and use is to remained unchanged from original condition. Exira Elementary - This project is the renovation of the primary building entry, admin offices, and conversion of an existing stage into three classrooms. The building is 1 story approx. 15'-20' with a primary structural system of steel, concrete, and masonry. The exterior wall construction is brick and CMU block. Interior walls are a combination of gypsum board on metal studs and CMU. Renovated areas Occupancy and use is to remained unchanged from current condition.
