Site work for a civil project in Tipp City, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Engineers Estimate: $606,527.00 for S. 5th Street Base Bid, $611,538.00 for S. 5th Street Alternate Bid, and $227,345.00 for E. Main Street Base Bid The Project includes the following Work: Replacing the water main on S. 5th Street along with road widening. Improvements to the water network will also be made and consist of replacing services. A water main extension along E. Main Street is also included. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 02/19/2024 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
