Site work for a power facility in Tipp City, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The proposed Work consists of furnishing the following equipment and materials: BID ITEM No.1: Structures, Bussing & Switching BID ITEM No.2: Three (3) 69kV Vacuum Circuit Breakers BID ITEM No.3: One (1) 69kV Circuit Switcher BID ITEM No.4: One (1) 67kV-12.47kV Power Transformer BID ITEM No.5: One (1) Lineup 15kV Indoor Metalclad Switchgear BID ITEM No.6: Four (4) 69kV Relay and Control Panels BID ITEM No.7: Twelve (12) 333kVA Voltage Regulators. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code 153.54, redeemable by the City of Tipp City, Ohio for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance-Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract awarded. The City of Tipp City, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
