Site work for a water / sewer project in Tipp City, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City has been working with a storm water engineer to review the movement of storm water through the City to the river. There are three main areas that need imminent improvement due to erosion. The Amokee Ditch, Evanston Road Storm Sewer, and Hathaway Park Storm Sewer all need improvements to slow down and safely direct storm waters through the City. 2025 -Hathaway Park Storm Sewer Improvements - $400,000 2026 - Evanston Road Storm Sewer Improvements - $300,000 2027 - Amokee Ditch Storm Sewer Improvements - $500,000 (this project is scheduled out in 2027 to permit time to acquire drainage easements as necessary).
