Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tipp City, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work for which these bids are invited consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of parking improvements in Kyle Park. The owner intends and requires that all work must be completed no later than November 30, 2024. A bid bond, the City will also accept a certified check, or a bank cashiers check, drawn on a solvent bank, payable to the City of Tipp City, Ohio in the amount of 10% of bid, as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into with the bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. The City of Tipp City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to accept any bid which is deemed by the City to be in their best interest.
