Market St. Rehabilitation The project consists of but is not limited to the following: Reconstr uction of Susquehanna Street including sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, manholes, storm inlets, asphalt paving, seeding and mulching, cast-in-place concrete and E&S Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Automobile Liability covering vehicles owned by the Contractor and non-owned vehicles used by the Contractor, with policy limits of not less than Thirty Thousand ($30,000) per accident, for bodily injury, death of any person, and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, and use of those motor vehicles along with any other statutorily required automobile coverage. c. Workers Compensation at statutory limits. d.
