Market St. Rehabilitation The project consists of but is not limited to the following: Reconstr uction of Susquehanna Street including sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, manholes, storm inlets, asphalt paving, seeding and mulching, cast-in-place concrete and E&S Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work in Phase 1 within 90 calendar days and the Work in Phase 2 within 180 calendar days. A Bid Guarantee in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid amount, and Performance Bond and separate Labor and Material Payment Bond both in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum , and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Insurance Requirements: a. Commercial General Liability insurance for the Project written on an occurrence form with policy limits of not less than One Million ($1,000,000) each occurrence, Two Million ($2,000,000) general aggregate, and Two Million ($2,000,000) aggregate for products-completed operations hazard. b. Automobile Liability covering vehicles owned by the Contractor and non-owned vehicles used by the Contractor, with policy limits of not less than Thirty Thousand ($30,000) per accident, for bodily injury, death of any person, and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, and use of those motor vehicles along with any other statutorily required automobile coverage. c. Workers Compensation at statutory limits. d. Employers Liability with policy limits not less than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) each accident, One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) each employee, and Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) policy limit. 1.8 NOTIFICATION 1.
