Site work for a mixed-use development in Mountain View, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This Project Shall Consist of Removing and Replacing the Playground Area From the K-8 School for the Uinta County School District Number 4. Work Shall Consist of Removing the Existing Asphalt, Playground Features, and Basketball Hoops. Preparation of the Subbase and Base, Pouring New Concrete Slab Along the School Building, Paving the Playground Area, Replacing the Basketball Hoops, Replacing the Tetherball Posts, and Striping the Basketball Court, Four Squares, Hopscotch, and Tetherball Area. Wyoming State Statutes Apply to the Bidding and Construction of This Public Works Project Including but Not Limited to the Following Sections 10% Bid Bond Required 5% Resident Contractor Preference 5% Wyoming Materials and Suppliers Preference Performance Guarantee Resident Labor Preference Registration With Taxing Authority The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids and Waive Any Informality in Same if the Governing Body Determines That It is in the Best Interest of the Owner to Do So. No Bidder Will Be Allowed to Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of Thirty (30) Days or Until the Successful Bidder Has Entered Into a Contract With the Owner. The Completion Date for the Project Shall Be August 2, 2024.
