Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain View, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The project consists of removing and replacing the front end control system jaces for the HVAC system at the high school and K-8 school. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed proposals for the front end HVAC control system upgrade, as set forth in the bid package, and are subject to the conditions contained in the General Conditions, Special Provisions, and Specifications. Proposals will be received until 9:00 a.m. on July 7, 2026, at the Uinta County School District No.4 Central Office, after which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents may be obtained from the Engineer. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Mountain View K-8 School. Wyoming State Statutes apply to the bidding and construction of this Public Works Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner. The project must be complete no later than August 19, 2026, as specified in the bid package.
