Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain View, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
This project consists of removing and replacing the front end control system jaces for the HVAC system at the K-8 and high school. Sealed proposals will be accepted, subject to the conditions contained in the General Conditions, Special Provisions, and Specifications. Bids must be received as set forth in the bid package. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty days or until a contract is executed. Wyoming State Statutes apply to the bidding and construction, including requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, resident contractor preference, Wyoming materials and suppliers preference, performance guarantee, resident labor preference, and registration with taxing authority.
