Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Mountain View, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Mountain View is requesting detailed sealed and itemized bids for the following upgrades and renovations at the Town Hall: • Flooring: Remove existing flooring in the hallway and bathrooms and prepare the area for tile. Install Town-provided tile and base trim in these areas. • Restrooms: Remove hallway doors, frames, and all existing partitions in both restrooms. Repair damaged sheetrock to match the existing finish. Install new 36-inch inner doors in each restroom. • Office Area: Lower the wall with the countertop to a height of 42 inches. Ensure the countertop is flush with the back wall and that the center area is made ADA compliant. Electrical work will likely be required to lower the countertop. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town of Mountain View. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
