As of January 17, 2025. Project was awarded to Contract West in the amount of $2,037,000. Replacement of the Mountain View K-8 Roof The Bid is to Be Awarded Under a Single Contract With Single Source Responsibility. Project Completion Date is Estimated to Be August 15, 2025. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide a 10% Bid Bond (or Equivalent Security). Preference Will Be Given to Wyoming Contractors as Defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-101, Et Seq. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statute 16-6-104 and 16-6-106 Preference is Hereby Given to Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Machinery and Provisions Produced, Manufactured, Supplied or Grown in Wyoming, Quality Being Equal to Articles Offered by the Competitors Outside the State. The Bidder is Additionally Required to Comply With All Applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws. The Owner Reserves the Privilege of Rejecting Any or All Bid Proposals, or Waiving Any Irregularities or Formalities in Any Bid Proposal in the Bidding.
