Solicitation No: ARFQ 0490 WSC2400000001 West Virginia State University is soliciting bids to establish a contract for purchase and installation of windows for the Wilson Student Union facility which is located on the campus of West Virginia State University, Institute, WV. The contractor is responsible for replacement of glass in existing dining facility including the entry doors. B. The contractor must install Vitro %" Azuria tempered glass with glazing type 1-2 and must be installed on all panels below interior ceiling level. C. The contractor must install Vitro !4" Azuria tempered glass with glazing type 2 and must be installed on all panels above interior ceiling level. D. The contractor must provide sample ofreplacement glass for verification to endure the sample glass matches the existing glass in the adjacent building. This sample must be provided and approved by the WVSU Project Manager before placing the final order. E. The contractor must remove and replace existing exterior perimeter caulking. F. The contractor must clean/prep, and caulk sill located on the metal panel at bottom ofwindow system. G. The contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of existing glass I. University staffwill be responsible for removal ofthe existing aluminum canopy. J. University staffwill be responsible for necessary mulch removal to ensure clear working area.
