Vendor shall perform septic pumping duties on an as-needed basis within the District's Parks and Recreation Division. Facilities requiring service include Sly Park Recreation Area, Forebay Day Use Area, and the vendor can bid separately for Silver Lake Campground and Day Use Area, Ferguson Point, and Caples Lake Dam Auxiliary Day Use Area. Commercial General Liability Insurance, written on an "occurrence" basis, which shall provide coverage for bodily injury, death and property damage resulting from operations, liability for slander, false arrest and invasion of privacy, blanket contractual liability, broad form endorsement, and completed operations, personal and advertising liability, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to re-issue this RFB. The District may waive any minor informalities or irregularities in any Bid that are immaterial and inconsequential in nature.
