The City of Eau Claire is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to prepare a comprehensive downtown parking study, evaluate effectiveness of previously implemented recommendations, and recommend new parking operations for the City's current parking system. The City of Eau Claire reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities in any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Eau Claire.
