for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Brumbaugh Water Main Improvements. This project provides for the construction of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, replacing existing asbestos cement water mains located within 326th Avenue NE, 327th Avenue NE, NE 47 th Street, 325th Avenue NE, and parts of Milwaukee Avenue. Work shall include, but not limited to, replacement and relocation of the existing water main, connection to existing water services, replacement of fire hydrants and valves, connections to the existing system, general restoration, and asphalt paving. The Work shall be substantially complete within 80 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, Washington. All work performed on this project will be subject to the state prevailing wage rates.
