Site work for a civil project in Carnation, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: This project includes modifications to existing piping within the City's Sewer Vacuum Station Building. Work includes removal of existing piping, valves, and appurtenances; and installation of new valves, actuators, and appurtenances. This project includes both installation of materials supplied by the Owner as well as installation of components furnished by the Contractor. This project includes time and work restrictions as noted in the Contract Documents. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Seattle office (206) 284-0860. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid.
