The project consists of improvements on East Entwistle Street and NE 45th Street between 329th Avenue NE and 332nd Avenue NE, including excavation, minor pavement widening, construction of cement concrete curb, gutter, planter strip, sidewalk, storm collection and infiltration improvements located on the south side of the road, pavement overlay and pavement markings, surface restoration, traffic control, and other related work items. The work must be physically complete within 50 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit Proposals only on the form provided with the Bid Documents and all proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
