Description of Work Consultant's work includes preparation of required documents and applications including but not limited to the following: Data collection and analysis for West Narrows Basin. Develop needs assessment for basin, including corrective actions for CSO's, flooding retrofit needs and stormwater retrofits. Development of a draft basin SMAP. Deliverable of final basin SMAP. City reserves the right to modify the scope of work during the course of the project and the right to reject any and all proposals on any or all schedules or alternates or to waive any informalities in the bidding and shall determine which bid or proposal is the most satisfactory and responsible bidder. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to submit.
