Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Provide and install a new dual arm security access gate and construct student drop off zone. Labor Commissioner #: WA-2024-186 SPWD Project #24-B028 Estimated Cost Range: $230,000 to $280,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Special Considerations: Construction mobilization and work shall begin after commencement is completed. Start date to be May 20, 2024. Long lead time items such as the access gate to be procured prior to construction start. Project within a highly concentrated utility zone. Summer school will be in session and contractor will need to install fencing and signage to keep students and staff out of work zone. Staging area will be limited. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builders Risk Insurance, and Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance will be required.
