TMWA Domestic Water Line at Svare Transportation Center Remove the existing well in its entirety. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the electrical, the bollards, backfilling of the hole and repave to match the existing pavement. Retire in place the section of pipe originating from the well removal and the pipe supplying cistern. Trench from the TMWA service to the building to supply domestic water. Add a backflow, hotbox, piping, and electrical for the new service. Question Deadline: Wed 03/06/2024 4:30 PM* Low $186,300.00 High $227,700.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. EXAMINATION OF SITE Contractor is requested to visit the project site, compare the Drawings and Specifications with any work in place, and be informed of all conditions, including the work, if any, being performed. Failure to visit the project site will in no way relieve the Contractor from necessity of furnishing any materials or performing any work in accordance with Drawings and Specifications that may be required to complete the work without additional cost to the Owner. The Contractor shall call the project site and make arrangements for a time to visit. To review the existing premises, contact the Principal and/or Site Facilities Coordinator at the site(s). Whenever at the site, be sure to check in at the Front Office.
