Remodeling of a municipal facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

Project No: 23164, 149623 Base bid: to include the remodeling of Floors 10, 11, 14, and 16. The work scope will include, but is not limited to, the following: Abatement, demolition, cutting and patching, concrete patching (small amount), coring, daily cleanup of your work, drywall and related framing, ACT, doors frames and hardware, R&R of existing window panels on each floor for accessing, glass and glazing as shown, general finishes, Flooring, tiling, painting, Div. 10 specialties, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and low voltage, temporary protection of your own finished work as required. The alternate scope of work is for the separation of the induction water piping. This work will include, but is not limited to, the following: Selective demolition, potential isolated abatement, potential for concrete patching due to accessing, cutting and patching, coring, daily cleanup of your work, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and low voltage.
