Clarification deadline 3/7/2024 3:00 pm The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the North Virginia St/University Rehabilitation project. As part of RTC's Pavement Preservation Program, this project will reconstruct the pavement on North Virginia Street from the Lawlor roundabout to North McCarran Boulevard. Anticipated improvements include roadway reconstruction, bike lanes, and other roadway appurtenances as deemed necessary, such as portions of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and median. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $2,200,000 to $2,600,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
