Refer to approved plans provided by JK Architecture and Engineering. 2. No work is to be done within the City's right-of-way until an encroachment permit is secured. 3. The contractor shall maintain a dust control program, including watering of open areas. The contractor shall also maintain conformity with Section 040.030 of the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection Air Pollution Regulations. 4. The contractor is responsible for any and all damage to existing utilities during construction. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to contact the utility companies for locations or potholing prior to demolition. 5. The contractor shall dispose of all demolition debris per federal, state, or local regulations and ordinances. 6. No material of any kind shall be stockpiled, or construction equipment parked on concrete or asphalt surfaces maintained by the City of Reno. 7. All underground utilities shown hereon were taken from surface evidence and available utility company records. All utilities should be verified in the field. 8. An encroachment and excavation permit is required from the public works department prior to installing the catch basins.
