Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority is seeking bids for the construction of a new pump station to serve the "Ascente" development. Scope includes site work, grading, yard piping, building, pumps, mechanical piping, HVAC, and electrical. Please note that TMWA has updated it's General Conditions documents effective January 26,2024. You are encouraged to fully review and understand these General Conditions prior to submitting a bid for this project. Any questions regarding the General Conditions must be submitted via the Questions tab on NGEM. All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $1,750,000. Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Questions Tab no later than three (3) business days before the Bid Opening.
