Reference Number 0000342362 The Town of Dillon is seeking an architectural design team experienced in Restaurant Design. The Town is in the initial concept stage of determining the appropriate size of a restaurant and whether or not it is feasible. The project scope of work is to determine the architectural concepts and building height of the exterior of the building; and provide preliminary floorplans for the building demonstrating restaurant functionality and ADA compliance. The work shall include a site plan layout including adequate space for exterior trash/grease/recycling storage. The successful bidder should include a kitchen layout professional who understands the layout for an efficient kitchen that includes areas for cooking, dishwashing, food storage and food preparation. This proposal shall not include the final design and creation of construction documents.
