As of September 23 2025 this project is complete The Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to replace High Point Housing Authority's (HPHA's) current Network Video Recorder (NVR) camera systems. The Contractor will also provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to install and wire additional cameras in each of the six (6) buildings. The camera system will serve HPHA's Main Office Building, three (3) high rise apartment properties, and two (2) outlying offices. All questions need to be sent to HPHA by 10:00 a.m. on February 16, 2024. Any addenda will be issued by 12:00 p.m. on February 22, 2024.
