City of Bismarck Public Works Department is requesting cost quotes for lawn care contract services, including mowing, cleanup, fertilization, and weed control, for a one (1) year agreement with the possibility of up to three additional one-year terms (total of up to 4 years) with the City The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bismarck The quotes must be mailed to the City Administrator (PO Box 5503, Bismarck ND 58506-5503) or otherwise deposited with the City Administrator (221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck ND 58501) and shall be sealed and endorsed Quotes for Lawn Care . If a bid is to be faxed or electronically submitted, the bid must be sent to a bidder s agent independent of the City of Bismarck, placed in a sealed envelope, labeled according to this specification and delivered to the office of the City Administrator prior to the bid deadline. The award will be made on the basis of the best combination of price and service to fit the lawn care needs for each Group. Price shall not be the sole determining factor. The City may consider other factors such as efficiency, effectiveness, equipment, dependability, workmanship, quality, schedule, or other costs or factors relevant to meet the lawn care expectations of the City.
