Modernization of elevators in the Administration Building and Judicial Center of the State of Minnesota Capitol Complex. 50 Sherburne Avenue & 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 5515 This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least three contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 2019 as agreed upon by the Project Manager, Consultant, and OSP AMS, and a minimum of two years for construction experience of elevator modifications. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $750,000 or greater.
