Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dane, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 28, 2024 project was awarded to Tri County Paving Inc. with an amount of $160,891.50 . ** Description The Village of Dane plans to mill and relay a 2-inch asphalt lift along Snyder Drive beginning at the intersection with STH 113 and heading south and west to the intersection of 3rd Street. Also including the northerly portion of Valley Road and Capitol Drive as part of the project. The milling will reshape the roadway in order to crown the roadway. The curb and gutter is anticipated to remain as it currently exists. Structures including manholes are not anticipated to buy may have to be adjusted to new pavement elevations as necessary. A certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid The anticipated substantial completion date is August 16, 2024 and final completion date is August 30,2024. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
