Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dane, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contract consists of the resurfacing of 2800 square yards of existing asphalt parking lot, 700 square yards of asphalt roadway, 475 lineal feet 6-inch ductile iron storm sewer, and 130 lineal feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Maple Bluff reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Maple Bluff within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. QA date - 5-1-2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
