Written Questions Will Be Accepted at the Office of Core Architects, 360 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, Pa 15202; and via Email: Mpfennig/@corepgh.com Items Which Require Clarification Will Be Addressed by Addendum Prior to the Bid Date. A Certified Check, Bid Bond or a Combination of Both Totaling an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Base Bid Plus Any Add Alternates and Made Payable to the Penn Trafford School District, Must Accompany Each Bid. All Bids Shall Be Clearly Marked With Contractor's Name and Contract Number and Name. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and/or to Waive Any Informality, Infirmity, Omission, Defect, Irregularity and/or Disqualifying Error in Any Bid. The District Anticipates Awarding Contracts Within Forty-five (45) Days of the Bid Opening.
