The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: 2024 DUST ABATEMENT PROJECT The subject line of the email must read: "Sealed Bid, IFB No. 24- 04 - 2024 Dust Abatement Project". SCOPE OF WORK - The general purpose of this contract is to determine the best available price to acquire the services and materials necessary to stabilize and reduce the fugitive dust on the attached list of roads within Pueblo County. A 5% Bid Bond must accompany each bid received. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
