Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work on this project shall be accomplished in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, 2024 edition, as issued by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the American Public Works Association (APWA), Washington State Chapter (hereafter "Standard Specifications"). The Standard Specifications, as modified or supplemented by these Special Provisions, all of which are made a part of the Contract Documents, shall govern all of the Work. These Special Provisions are made up of both General Special Provisions (GSPs) from various sources, which may have project-specific fill-ins; and project-specific Special Provisions. Each Provision either supplements, modifies, or replaces the comparable Standard Specification, or is a new Provision. The deletion, amendment, alteration, or addition to any subsection or portion of the Standard Specifications is meant to pertain only to that particular portion of the section, and in no way should it be interpreted that the balance of the section does not apply. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This Contract provides for, but is not limited to ADA improvements along 2nd Ave & Sheridan Rd, 1st 6 Ave & Locust St, 1st Avenue & Walnut St, and Sinclair St & Olive St intersections along with Water improvements at 1st 7 Ave & Locust St and Storm improvements at Sinclair St & Olive St. This and all other work shall be done in accordance the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, Standard Specifications, the City of Walla Walla Standard Plans, and the WSDOT Standard Plans. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range is $150,000 - $200,000.*
