The buildings are situated at various locations on parcels of land in the City of Terre Haute, Indiana. Completion time of the work shall be 45 days after NOTICE TO PROCEED A check payable to the order of the City of Terre Haute, Department of Redevelopment, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the contractor's bid price of the cost of demolition shall be submitted with the Contractor's Bid.
