Renovation of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions not received by February 28, 2024 by 2:00pm may not be answered. Engineer's estimate is $3,500,000. - Re-roofing of all older campus buildings (not including the high multi-purpose roof). - Campus-wide exterior paint of existing painted surfaces. - Campus-wide interior paint with custom colors per grade level. - Campus-wide security fencing including access controls at the main entry gate. - Traffic / Parking signage. - Minor / select areas of concrete removal and replacement to meet ADA - New ADA passenger-loading zone. - Additional door thresholds and sweeps where replacement concrete is done. - Removal and replacement of (e) hardcourt play area and all hardcourt play poles. New striping throughout. - Replacement of underground water, sewer, and storm drain utilities located below paving to be replaced. - New kinder play apparatuses within existing woodchip fall protection to remain. - New main play area apparatuses with new concrete perimeter curb and pouredin-place fall-protection. - New concrete perimeter curb and poured-in-place fall-protection around existing upper-elementary exercise play equipment to remain. - Patch-back repair and replacement of landscape and irrigation as required around new work. - Remove and salvage (e) ceiling panels from the admin area to be used to replaced damaged panels at existing classrooms. Provide new ceiling panels at the admin area. - Replacement hood at kitchen and associated exhaust and makeup air, with associated electrical connections and structural retrofitting as required for additional rooftop equipment. - Additive Alternate for the Kitchen Electrification: with required health department and code-required upgrades; including new kitchen equipment, added electrical, revised electrical, added plumbing, revised plumbing, new grease-waste interceptor, new walk-in cooler unit, replacement flooring, replacement light fixtures, and adjustments to existing overhead doors at existing service countertop openings, patch back gyp bd ceiling, paint.
