Sealed Bids will be accepted by Cogan House Township, Lycoming County, PA for the 2024 Aggregate Stone bid The following items are up for bid: Item #1: 250 +/- Ton AASHTO #3 Screened Limestone (PA#3A) Item #2: 100 +/- Ton AASHTO #1 Limestone (PA#4) Item #3: 1,000 +/- Ton 2A Subbase Item #4: 500 +/- Ton R - 6 Item #5: 500 +/- Ton R - 8 Item #6: 2,000 +/- Ton DSA (Driving Surface Aggregate) Item #7: 1,000 +/- Anti Skid Item #3 & 6 Must have the capability of delivering & tailgating 500 Tons daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All materials must be Penn Dot approved, certified and must meet current Pennsylvania Supplements. A 10% performance bond, proof of Liability and Worker's Compensation must be provided within 20 days of receipt of award of the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
