The City of Westminster, Colorado is soliciting interested and qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional Landscape Architectural and Engineering design services for the Stratford Park Expansion Project. The budget for the construction should not exceed $1.8 million dollars. The design fees for the project are expected to be between $175K and $225K. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposed modifications.
