Site work for a golf course in Ridgefield, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The awarded Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, products, materials, associated materials (whether specified or not), transportation, supervision required to construct the irrigation system. Install all necessary components to replace the current irrigation system controllers, sprinkler devices and control software using as much of the existing underground plumbing and wiring system as possible throughout the 18-hole golf course, driving range and practice facility with minimal impact to the facility during peak business times. The County reserves the right to adjust the scope of work to match available funds. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for this project.
