Furnish and Install Three New Motorized Roll-up Divider Curtains With Direct Attachment to Existing Track. Provide Required Supports, Associated Electrical Work, and Existing Floor Track Filler and Sealant. Architect/engineer's Cost Opinion: $170,000.00 Bid Bond: This Project is Estimated to Cost $150,000.00 or More and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, Equal to 5% of the Total Base Bid Only, Excluding Taxes. Make Checks Payable to the Renton School District; Furnish Bond Executed by a Licensed Bonding Agency Authorized to Do Business in the Locality of the Project. Prevailing Wage: It is the Responsibility of the Bidder to Go Online to online. Right To Reject: the Owner Reserves the Right to Accept the Lowest or Any Other Bid, the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and the Right To Waive Any Irregularities in Any Bid.
