Renovation of a transportation facility in Guilford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Appleton Corporation, acting as Facility Manager on behalf of the Connecticut Department of Transportation, Department of Rail, is currently soliciting proposals for Aluminum Stair Tread Installation at the Guilford, CT train station. Submission of a proposal must be completed in its entirety. Failure to provide a complete proposal may result in rejection of the proposal. The Facility Manager reserves the right to award a contract in such a manner to provide the services specified herein to ensure a comprehensive, efficient and cost-effective solution for the State. The Term of the contract shall be from the Commencement Date of approximately April 1, 2024, or as indicated by a Notice to Proceed issued to Contractor, and continue uninterrupted until the entire Scope of Work has been completed by Contractor. Contractor may submit written questions concerning this Request for Proposal to the Facility Manager no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024. All inquiries must be emailed to the Facility Manager at kregan@oconnells.com.
