Bids will be received by the undersigned until 4:00 p.m. locak time Wednesday March 6, 2024. Hauling price must be stated as base per yard miles under a 4 mile haul and over a 4 mile haul. The contractor must supply their own loader. The gravel haul for the municipality woll cosist of hauling and spreading approximately 10,000 curbic yards of crushed road gravel from two gravel pits, one on the west side and one on the east side of teh RM for oave a 50t miles of RM roads. Gravel haul must be completed by Augsut 1, 2024 weather permitted. All trucks must be tarped when hauling. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and The Rural Municipality of Kellross No. 247 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
