Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on March 13, 2024. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. Project generally consists of the demolition and construction of two existing pump stations, the installation of approximately 14,800 L.F of 8" and 10" force main, and the restoration of areas disturbed by construction. Qualified Minority and Women Businesses Enterprise (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to respond to this Invitation to Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for (10) percent of the Bid total. The Lancaster Area Sewer Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
