**As of April 17, 2024, project was awarded to Northdale Construction Co Inc., in the amount of $1,043,416.67.** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 285 L F 20" Steel Casing Pipe - Jacked 760 L F 12" PVC Watermain - Open Cut 285 L F 12" PVC Watermain - Special Construction 100 L F 6" PVC Forcemain - Horizontal Directional Drill 950 L F 6" PVC Forcemain - Pipe Burst 105 L F 6" PVC Forcemain - Open Cut 3 EACH 6" Gate Valve & Box 2 EACH 12" Gate Valve & Box The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wyoming shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
