As of August 22, 2024 project was awarded to JL Theis, Inc, awarded amount is $194,415.30. The Project Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials for the Construction Complete in-place, of the Following Approximate Quantities: 325 S F Remove Bituminous Pavement 16,300 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 1 L S Excavation - Common (P) & Traffic Control 223 S Y 3-inch Bituminous Trail 335 S F 6-inch Standard Concrete 1160 S F 6-inch Specialty Concrete 60 S F Donor Paver Installation 1 L S Electrical Work the Provisions of Minn. Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. All Bidders and Persons or Companies Providing a Response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wyoming Shall Comply With the Provisions of the Statute. Question Deadline 07/25/2024 The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Railroad Park Phase 2 for the City of Wyoming, WSB Project No. 024825-000. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents.
