Bids for the Construction of the 2025 Street Improvement The Project Includes the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials for the Construction Complete in-place, of the Following Approximate Quantities: 14,500 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface 1,200 L F Remove and Replace Curb and Gutter (Spot) 1,400 Ton Bituminous Paving (All Types) 19,400 S F Remove and Replace Bituminous Walk 0.4 Acre Boulevard Restoration the Provisions of Minn. Stat. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents.
