As of April 21, 2026 project was awarded to North Valley Inc, awarded amount is $1,358,926.33 The project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 2,000 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement, 6,100 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter (Spot), 4,000 SF Remove and Replace Concrete Walk (Spot), 5,000 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B), 38,700 SY Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0"), 40 LF Remove and Replace Storm Sewer Pipe (Multiple Locations), and 1 EA Remove and Replace Gate Valve. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
