Krogman & Godes residence 4934 South Tri Oak Circle NE Coon Lake The purpose of this project is to improve lake water quality by stabilizing eroding lakeshore and installing vegetated buffers that filter stormwater runoff. Project components include: Shoreline stabilization construction at 9 parcels that are not contiguous, totaling approximately 1,038 linear feet of shoreline. Construction includes grading, removing wood retaining walls (approx 125 lf), removing concrete cylinders on shoreline (50 lf), excavation (approx 42 cy), rock rip rap (68 tons), 4"-6" fieldstone rip rap (43 tons), coconut fiber biologs (37 ea), wood log revetments (24 ea), vegetated buffer planting (approx 3,742 sf including 1,068 1" plugs, 235 4" plants, 56 one-gallon plants, 145 live stakes, & 0.7 lb native seed), and erosion control. ACD reserves the right to change the number of project sites, or scope of work at any individual site, based on available budget, changes in landowner willingness, or other factors. Unit prices of the successful bidder shall be utilized for all such changes. Final payment will be December 31, 2026.
